I sighed heavily as I got in the red diesel van. My brown-blonde hair was a mess and tousled. I didn't care. It was too early for me. I threw my sleeping bag over the back seat and climbed in behind the seat belt hanging from the top of the car. We were going to Disney World for a family reunion. Most of my cousins were going to be there, Katie, Jenna, Kristie, Megan, Josh, Tyler... I put Katie because she has the same name as me. And last name, but she's Katherine.
Anyways, I turned on my TV and put in a movie. We always brought the TV on vacations,  just because....we could? I never figured that out. I remember when I was younger and we used to go to Florida, (by younger I mean like, 4, 5) I would ask "Are we there yet?" every five seconds. But, I was too anxious to get to the condo to ask. We were staying at the Orbit hotel. I was staying with Katie and Jenna and all of the "young people", as my homeroom teacher now calls us, and Mom and Dad were staying with our aunts and uncles.
4 hours later we were checking in. "Uh, it feels like we left forever ago!" I sighed as I threw my bag down on the fold out couch next to Jenna. "It seems like we've been waiting forever!" Jenna and Katie had gotten there a day before us and had gone to Sea World. But we were going to the Magic Pallace to ride rides.
We were at the pool by the condo before we went to ride the rides. Jenna jumped in. "Gosh why does it have to be wet water?" She asked as she splashed water out of her way--useless.
"Um, because water was meant to be wet?" I asked, trying not to sound too smart.
"Oh well, we're coming back tonight, it's supposedly heated."
"Thank God!" She was right, the water felt like ice as it slurred around my legs and arms. I went under to get used to it and wear out the icy feeling that it gave off.
"Well, it's not as cold," I said when I got back up.
