Whenever
I go travelling, I carry a little sketchbook to record what
I see. These drawings
are usually done in just a few minutes, but remind me forever not just of the
way things looked, but of the smells and sounds around me, as well as anyone
who stopped by
to watch. These books are my most precious possessions.
